It’s my prediction that if AI is given cognitive awareness, I’m sure it will be Muslim. Mark my words.

I’ve actually asked Ai to give the most logical explanation of a first cause. It describes that a singular fundamental entity, an eternal being is the only logical explanation without inconsistency

You re just not an AI expert, your lack of knowledge of the Technology is making your sermon filled with misconceptions, in your scenario of choosing who lives, that is so impractical.
The issue of the person on the road has already been addressed. This is a classic "trolly problem" dilemma, and the decision is to NOT alter the natural course of events. I.e. if there is a child on road vs an elderly person and give AI is even able to figure that out with pinpoint accuracy and has the ability to steer away than killing the child, it will not change the natural course of events and if at the point of decission making, the vehicle is going in direction of child, the AI will NOT alter that course. This is a decision based on legality and not based on emotions.
AI is important, but I expected a more intellectual discourse coming from Yasir Qadi.
It is not about emotions, the trolley problem is about ethics and there is no one solution and there are multiple variations of the problem. But I do not get why it won't change decision due to legality. Care to explain why is it illegal for the AI to choose to avoid.
@user-jg5ut9xj1e As you yourself said, there are multiple answers, and thus if AI would take an action contrary to the natrual course of events, the impacted party can take a legal position against the action taken by AI and thus the parent company.
As an analogy to trolly problem, back in 2016, Tesla had to face a lawsuit on the application of an automatic breaking system something. Now, the argument made (to the best of my memory) was that if a human being is driving and is about to crash into a pedestrian, why doesn't the Auto pilot take control and change the course of events. If you think about it, it becomes a variation of trolly problems. Why not fix a situation when you can, but what we learned was that if auto pilot was driving the vehicle, it would apply break in such a situation. However, if a human is performing an action, auto pilot won't take over to correct the course (even if that correct course is to crash into a wall whereas the human may be right about to kill the pedastrian).
This will offcourse get subjective, but the decision of auto pilot not taking over is based on "responsible AI" or "ethical AI" and falls under law. Look up the internet.
